Dietary and Special Needs
  • Please ensure that you supply an adequate amount of food for your pets stay in a sealed bag with their name on it and feeding instructions
  • If we run out, we will supply your pet with the quality food we carry and it will be charged directly to your credit card
  • Pets are fed twice daily unless other instructions are given
  • If your pet has a special diet/need we will be more than happy to see that it is maintained
  • We supply hygenic stainless steel bowls that are washed after every meal. Water bowls of the same quality, are filled regularly and cleaned daily
  • Should your pet require basic medication to be administered during their stay, we will gladly comply, according to your instructions. If your pet has difficulty taking the medication a small fee will apply otherwise it will be given at no extra charge. Please supply an adequate amount of medication for the duration of the stay
  • If your pet requires veterinary attention during its stay we will use the service of our local vet ( located 5 minutes away) or the 24 hour clinic. Veterinary services and transport expenses will be charged directly to your credit card (a receipt will be provided)
  • It is crucial that you inform us upon check-in of any medical issues that your pet may have (epilepsy, hyper ventilation, heart or thyroid condition, etc.) to ensure that extra measures are taken for their well being
  • Rest assured that there is always a staff member on the premises that has successfully completed a pet first aid course
  • We encourage that you bring something familiar to make your pet more comfortable. Due to all the excitement, we cannot guarantee that it will make it home in the same condition!
 
Other Information

  • A $100 deposit per dog per week is required upon reservation
  • A $50 deposit per cat per week is required upon reservation
  • Deposits are non refundable if cancelled less then two weeks before scheduled arrival
  • There are no refunds for checkout before scheduled date
  • Balance is due in full upon check-in by Visa, MasterCard or Cash. We do not accept Interac or cheques
  • Check-in is between 2:00-6:00 PM during the week & 2:00-5:00 PM on the weekend
  • Early check-in between 8:00 AM-12:00 noon is $14 or $15 for dogs $6 or $7 for cats
  • Check-out is by 12:00 noon
  • Late check-out between 2:00-6:00 PM during the week & 2:00-5:00 PM on the weekend is $14 or $15 for dogs $6 or $7 for cats
  • After 6:00 PM another days boarding rate will apply
  • During Spring Break, from June 23 to Labor Day and between December 15 to January 15 the daily rate is $30 including playtime for all dogs and $14 for all cats.
  • The same rate also applies to all holiday weekends.
  • Constructiuon Holiday and Christmas/New Years a 7 day minimum is required
  • ZZZ time (12:00 noon - 2:00 PM) Although playtime is important for your pet, so is rest time. Please respect the pets ZZZ time, and visit the facility outside these hours
  • We are pleased to offer pick up and delivery service Monday to Friday (upon availability)
  • All prices are plus applicable taxes and are in effect as of July 1, 2010
